1. Digital Delivery Only

• No Physical Shipping: We do not ship any physical products. All purchases made are for event entry tickets only.
• Ticket Delivery: Once your payment is successfully processed via Razorpay, your event ticket/confirmation will be delivered to you digitally through:
  • Email (to the email ID provided during booking)
  • WhatsApp/SMS (if applicable)

2. Delivery Timeline

• Tickets/Confirmations are usually delivered instantly or within 2 hours of successful payment.
• If you do not receive your ticket confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

3. Incorrect Information

• Please ensure that you provide the correct email address and mobile number during checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details provided by you.
