Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth experience with "Oru Tea Sapdalama?". Please read our cancellation & refund policy carefully:

Ticket Cancellation by Attendee

• Cancellation Window: Tickets can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event for a 50% refund of the ticket price.
• After 48 hours: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start.

No-Show

• Tickets are non-refundable if the attendee does not show up for the event.

Cancellation by Organizer

• If the event is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances:

• A 100% refund of the ticket price will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Method

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only via the original mode of payment through Razorpay.
